Educational qualification : MBA (HR)
Professional Experience : 8 to 10 years
Technical Skills required:
The Candidate should be competent in handling the whole array of HR
activities namely Manpower planning & Recruitment, Performance
Management System, Competency Mapping & Skills matrix, Position
Description, formulation of all HR policies and their implementation,
Employee Satisfaction Survey & action plan and Employee Motivation
activities
Soft Skills required :
Excellent communication skills and good leadership skills
